Toni has over 35 years of experience of working for the both the Public and Private sector.

Specialising in Equality & Diversity, Project and Risk Management and Facilitation; Toni has provided professional training, advice, guidance and coaching to staff across public and private sector organisations, and working with CUPE International, has successfully trained examination courses extensively across the UK, Europe and Worldwide. Clients include: NATO: Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), Communications and Information Agency ((NCIA), Joint Warfare Centre (JWC), The International Criminal Court, Home Office, Prison Service, Civil Aviation Authority, The British Council, SE Coast Ambulance Trust, RAF Brampton, and many others.

Toni has facilitated workshops for staff at a National Airline preceding a restructuring programme; for Central Government Departments working with Civil Servants wishing to step up to Senior Civil Service level; a programme of career development workshops and Leadership sessions.
Toni is a founder member of the Learning Practitioners Association (LPA), is a CIPD qualified Trainer, and holds PTLLS Certification for teaching in the Life Long Learning Sector, and is certified in PRINCE2 at Professional level. In addition, Toni holds certification as an Advanced Executive Coach and is an NLP Practitioner.
